  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and top with more batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk until smooth and drizzle over muffins once cooled.

Notes
