1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown and smells nutty.
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and brown butter.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
