  • 1 package Saltine crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the Saltine crackers in a single layer.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, then pour the mixture over the crackers, spreading evenly.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips on top.
  7. Allow the chocolate to melt, then spread it evenly over the toffee.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar, then sprinkle over the top.
  9. Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
