- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
