1 pound rigatoni pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound steak
3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and season the steak with Cajun seasoning. Cook until desired doneness, then remove from pan and let rest.
Add butter and garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce.
Slice the steak and serve over the creamy rigatoni.
Notes
For an extra kick, add more Cajun seasoning to taste.
