  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and half of the caramel sauce.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and drizzle the remaining caramel on top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, add more caramel sauce.
