  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for streusel)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and blueberries.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  7. For the streusel, mix brown sugar, oats, and flour together until crumbly.
  8. Place tablespoon-sized drops of dough on a baking sheet and sprinkle with streusel.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
