Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, blend together the cream cheese, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh blueberries.
  • You can substitute half of the flour with whole wheat flour for a healthier version.
