1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup cream cheese
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup corn, frozen or canned
1/2 cup diced green chilies
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese, for topping
Instructions
In a large pot, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, white beans, chicken broth, cream cheese, cumin, garlic powder, corn, and diced green chilies.
Stir over medium heat until everything is heated through and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet.
Fill each tortilla with the chili mixture and top with shredded cheese.
Serve immediately.
