- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
