  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper, then sear it in the Dutch oven until browned on all sides.
