A quick and delicious turkey bacon and veggie stir-fry that makes for a perfect weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add olive oil to the pan, then sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  3. Add bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until tender.
  4. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Finish with sesame oil before serving.
