  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together chicken, cheese, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll up.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth.
  5. Spread a layer of the white sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place filled tortillas seam side down in the dish and pour the remaining sauce over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
